After answering the phone and determining their need you can direct their call in a number of ways. 1. The person is asking if we are hiring 2. Ask if they are interested in being a Realtor with us or if they're inquiring about a certain role - For "Realtor" inquiries - Let them know VP of Sales will be in touch - Send an email to oben@regorealty.ca - For "Staff" inquiries - Let them know our VP of Planning and Development will be in touch - send email to maria@regorealty.ca 3. The person has a scheduled interview and would like to talk to HR 1. send an email to Maria 4. The person has had an interview and is following up 1. If they require an email to send a thank you letter, feel free to give it to them (maria@regorealty.ca/oben@regorealty.ca) 2.
