      Cancelling a Listing

      Cancellations are required when agents are wanting to relist their property or take it off the market entirely.

      Instructions

       

      Ensure that all cancellations are signed by Cliff, this is required as we post to both our local board as well as the Toronto Board

      1. Log into matrix.itsorealestate.ca

      2. Click on Add/Edit

      3. Choose Edit existing

      4. Enter the MLS number of the Listing you want to cancel. Click Modify

      5. Click on Change to Cancelled

      6. Select the date the listing is to be cancelled.

      7. Click Submit Listing

       

      8. Remove the Listing from our Active Listings Spreadsheet

      9. Order a sign removal from Signman if the property has one on site

      10. Log into Hubspot and move to Need Update Stage.
