Step-by-Step: Change Offer Presentation Date & Settings

1. Log in to BrokerBay

• Go to https://brokerbay.com and sign in with your credentials.

1. Open the Listing

• Click Brokerage (left-hand menu) 
• Locate the property → click the listing to open it.

1. Go to Offer Settings

• Inside the listing, click the Offers tab.
• Select Offer Settings (or the gear/edit icon, depending on view).

1. Update Offer Presentation Date & Time

• Under Offers Accepted, toggle to "On Offer Date"  if reviewing offers on a set date.
• Set the Offer Presentation Date and Time (use Eastern Time).
• Make sure the setting to Allow Offer Registrations is on.

1. Update Offer Settings (review each field)

• Bully Offers / Pre-emptive Offers: Accepted ✅ / Not Accepted ❌
• Conveyance Method: Email / BrokerBay Offers Platform / Other
• Email for Offers: Confirm correct address (agent or admin inbox)
• Deposit Requirements: Amount, draft form, delivery timeline (e.g., "within 24 hrs of acceptance")
• Required Documents: Form 801, Schedule B, Working With a REALTOR®, etc.
• Offer Instructions / Notes: Brief, clear directions for cooperating agents

1. Save Changes

• Click Save
• Confirm the green success message appears.

1. Verify on the Public/Agent View

• Click View Listing or open the listing in an incognito browser as a cooperating agent would see it.
• Confirm the new date, time, and instructions display correctly.

1. Notify Agent

• Email/text the listing agent confirming the change.
• If offers are already registered, send a broadcast message via BrokerBay to all registered agents informing them of the update.
