On ShowingTime, click **Listings** on the top menu bar. 2. Search for the Address in the Search Bar, ensuring to click **Search All Listings**. 3. Click on the **Property Address** to open. 4. Select the **Send Notifications** Tab on the left of the screen. 5. Select **send this message to** ‘agents that have shown this property in the last 180 days’ and ‘copy to all listing agents and co-listing agents’ 6. Select the dropdown menu for Message Type and **Select Other** 7. To remove an agent, select Update under ‘To' and **uncheck** the agent’s name under **Recipients.** 10\. Write a Subject line in the textbox and write a message in the big textbox. *Example of Offer Notification Message:* *Good Afternoon,* *Thank you for your interest in 123 Street Name. This is a friendly reminder that the offer presentation is taking place tonight at 7 pm. At the time we have received two registered offers for this property. If you would like to submit an offer or have any questions please reach out to the listing agent at l[istingagent@email.com.](mailto:listingagent@email.com)* *Thanks,* *Admin* 11\. **Select Send** (This notification will automatically **BCC** the agents to maintain privacy.) 12\.
