# Credit Card Purchases

## This policy provides guidelines for the issue and use of business credit cards.

Only authorized credit card holders will be authorized to use business credit cards and are not to be used for personal purchases. 

Absolutely no cash advances are to be taken using the business credit card. 

Where a business credit card is lost or stolen, the owner of this card is to notify the Controller who is responsible for notifying the bank and ensure the card is canceled.
