Destaging/Moving to a new model suite: HIP Process

"1. Let Christine know which unit we are destaging and moving to (keep an eye on notifications
from DP if we sell a model suite)"
2. Request keys from PM if needed
3. Send Lilly floor plan of new unit and let her know instructions for keys to get access
4. Advise Christine of date that we are staging new unit
5. Have Lilly move all hand outs etc to new model suite
6. Let site agents know once completed
