      Finding ISA Assigned Clients

      This is to locate which clients have been assigned to the ISA representative

      1. Click on Contact owner and ensure nothing is selected

      This is because the agent is the contact owner, ISA will be an additional field

      2. Click on Advanced filters

      3. Type "worked by client care"

      4. Click on Worked By Client Care

      5. Click on the second button

      6. Search for your name. i.e., Elizabeth

      7. Select your name. i.e., Elizabeth

      Select your name. i.e., Elizabeth

      8. Click on Worked By Client Care is any of Elizabeth Barbeiro

      Click on Worked By Client Care is any of Elizabeth Barbeiro

      9. Click on Close
