They have submitted a void cheque 2\. The void cheque details match what is on the EFT Schedule on their APS (**This is CRUCIAL** - The lawyers office will reject if this is not correct and we will have to go back and do an amendment). SNOOZE FOR FOLLOW-UP IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED\*\***   4\. If the above is correct/has been done, you can email the clients the 'Queensland Condominiums - Firm Deal' email template. While in Deal Portal, navigate back to the 'Sales' Section, select the unit you are doing the firm process for and ensure that all SIGNED documents have been added into the documents section: -APS -Void cheques -Fintracs -Incentives/rental contract/amendments -IDs (passport & DLs) -Executed coop agreements **-Note: OREA forms do not go in here.** Drag and drop any missing documents. ![](https://info.regoteam.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202023-02-23%20at%204-27-31%20PM-png.png?width=468&height=326&name=Screen%20Shot%202023-02-23%20at%204-27-31%20PM-png.png) 7\. Next, add the unit or update the unit status to the 'Queensland Condominiums' spreadsheet in the 'New Homes Master Tracker'. This information can be found in Deal Portal and the corresponding google drive file 8\. Lastly, add the deal into WolfConnect a. Put the Listing Agent as 'NewHomes' and leave commission as 0 (Accounting will edit this as we do not know what listing agents are paid) b. Closing Date - put as the first date noted on the Tarion Schedule in the APS (January 2025) c. Offer Date - put as the firm date 9\. If the deal has a REGO agent as the co-op agent, enter the deal in HubSpot. a. Put the address as 30 Queensland Road, Stratford, Ontario Suite \_\_\_ b.
