      Listing Stat Report

      The listing stats report is to be sent to agents weekly on SUNDAY. This ensures the client is aware of how many views their listing is getting on different website providers.

      Instructions

      FOR EACH LISTING:

      1. Log onto Matrix ITSO

      2. Click on LINKS

      3. Click on CREA Member Portal

       

      4. Sign in using cliff@cliffrego.com and password (if not auto saved, find on Login Spreadsheet)

      5. Click on Listing Stats

      6. Find the listing you are sending stats for and click on MLS Number

      7. Click on Email Icon

      8. Enter Agent's name and email and then OK

       


      Note: If an agent has requested this for a sold listing, the data is no longer available via email - you will need to use print icon and save as PDF/email to them manually.
