Pre-Step: Ensure all Parties are added on meeting invites
1. Prepare Agenda for meetings 2-3 days in advance
2. Add conditional, firm & pening deals to each agenda
3. Add any upcoming planned events or any marketing items needed to be discussed
4. Add any items needed for approval for costing
5. Share with Jen once created and she will add her points in
6. Take notes during meeting
7. Within 48 hours after the meeting, send minutes to the builder with meeting notes
8. Follow-up when minutes are sent on any items that did not get resolved if necessary
