Open property folder in 2020 deals, within the property folder make a new folder labelled ‘Dead Deals’ and move all deal paperwork including the mutual release to this sub-folder 2. Upload mutual release to Lone Wolf and forward to the deals secretary 3. Open the relevant transaction checklist (listing or buyer) and complete all the steps to put everything back to when the listing was not sold 1. Log into Matrix and set the status to Active 2. Log into Treb and set the status to New 3. Remove the listing from Pending Conditions 4. On the active spreadsheet, ensure all the cells are correctly filled out and the deal is no longer highlighted in yellow 5. Log into Hubspot and change the stage back to Active Listing 6.
