      New Deal Process - Queensland Condominiums

      NEW OFFER WORKSHEET RECEIVED 

      1. Receive Worksheet, VOID Cheque & ID's to newhomes@regorealty.ca 
      2. Save Worksheet to Google Drive:
        1. New Homes Deals > Queensland > Unit # > Unit #-Worksheet
      3. Save VOID Cheque to Google Drive:
        1. New Homes Deals > Queensland > Unit # > Unit #-VOID CHEQUE
      4. Save ID's to Google Drive:
        1. New Homes Deals > Queensland > Unit # > Unit #-IDS
      5. Create Sale in Deal Portal
        1. Navigate to Deal Portal
        2. Login with unique credentials
        3. Select Rainbow Lake 
        4. Choose Sales Tab 
        5. Select Add
        6. Select Unit # from dropdown
        7. Select Customers
          1. Fill in details from ID and Worksheet
          2. If the purchaser would like a second parking spot, go to General > Under parking, click 'add' > select a parking spot
      iii. Hit save
        1. Select Documents
        2. Drag and drop VOID chq and ID's
        3. Save
        4. After saving, the screen will reload
      2. On the Documents tab, press Edit
        1. Download the following and save into Google Drive > New Homes Deals > Rainbow Lake > Unit # > Unit #-APS/FINTRAC1/PEP1:
          1. APS
          2. FINTRAC's (1 per individual)
          3. Politically Exposed FINTRACs (1 per individual)
      3. Prepare DocuSign
