[Agent Support](https://info.regoteam.com/knowledge/resale-operations?hsLang=en#agent-support) # Opening & Closing Checklists ## Used to open/close Kitchener and Cambridge offices **King St - Kitchener** - Grab master key and mailbox key located in top drawer at listing coordinator desk - Lock/unlock the two meeting rooms upstairs first (turn on/off lights and TV’s in both) - Lock/unlock the following: top door by marketing, middle door in stairwell by marketing, both meeting rooms on half level, bottom door in stairwell and back door by kitchen - Turn on/off lights on bottom and middle floor if no agents. If agents there at closing, turn off ones not in their area. - Turn on/off fireplace by reception - Check sink for dishes and put into dishwasher. Wash if half filled. - Turn on/off both side TV’s (remote there shuts off both), touch TV (on the back) and back big TV (remote on window sill - hold up to bottom left edge) - Unplug/plug in model home table - Check mailbox once in morning and once before leaving (Don’t lock yourself out) - Tidy downstairs as needed. - Stock up snacks and water if available - Turn on/off music with ipad located in top drawer at listing coordinator’s desk - If morning, make a pot of coffee. 9 small-ish spoonfuls from ground coffee container. Extra filters located in far right bottom cupboard of coffee area.   **Gaslight/Cambridge** - Turn off/on lights by back hallway, kitchen, stairway, upstairs and welcome sign/front - Turn on TV - Clean milk system for coffee maker each night, fill water reservoir and rinse out milk. - Empty water out of Coffee maker and wash parts - Fill Coffee Grinds (as needed) - Tidy areas as needed and wipe down coffee maker - Check fridge and make sure everything is tidy inside - Unforward phones at 9 am/Forward phones at closing (ext 812) - Water plant once a week - Check mailbox (key in Keybox) - Unlock front doors (key in Keybox) - Stock up the toilet paper/paper towel/napkins etc as needed - Stock up snacks - If anything is running low, make an inventory count and send to Jean so she can order. ### **IF SOMEONE IS IN THE OFFICE:** - Please continue to turn off all TV's - Ensure the doors are all locked - Leave the lights on in the location where the person is and turn off all other lights (Unless the agent has specified that they will be in another room) -
