When client needs to be nurtured, ensure the following items are completed to properly flag outbound activity

  1. Update Contact Owner to Client Care 
  2. Update Worked by Client Care to Your Name
  3. Update Inbound/Outbound to Outbound
  4. Update Property Interest (ISA) to the appropriate property type
