Programming Lockboxes

When new properties are listed we must program the lockbox to allow it to be used. The listing agent will typically send you the lockbox serial number of the lockbox that they are placing at the property.

Instructions

1. Go to SentriLock and click listings and then add a listing, fill in all listing details

2. Click lockboxes and search for the lockbox serial number

3. Click on the serial number and then click select to find your listing

4. Hit save to assign the lockbox to that listing
