Greet the person on the phone and ask how you can help them 2. When they tell you that they are calling in regards to sponsorship 3. Ask to take a message and tell them that you will have the person give them a callback 4. Collect as much information as you can 1. Name 2. Company Name 3. Phone Number 4. Email 5. Reason for their call 5.
