Reporting Expired Status Changes

If a Listing expires before the final condition, we must report the status to the board as changes can no longer be made online.

Instructions

  1. Open an MLS Record of Activity sheet (or the Report of Firm Trade- Kitchener Board) from admin email

  2. Fill out all of the details relating to the listing

    1. MLS Number

    2. Address

    3. Co-operating Brokerage

    4. Office Location

    5. Selling Registrant (Co-operating Salesperson)

    6. Selling Price

    7. Closing Date

    8. Firm Sale Date

    9. Listing Brokerage

    10. Submitted by

    11. Date

  3. Once the sheet is filled out, scan and save in CRT deals

  4. Email copy to mls@kwar.ca (Kitchener Board) or nicole@thecaor.com (Cambridge Board) - ensure they confirm receipt of the document
