      Signage Updates - Sold/Leased/Removed

      When a property goes firm, we must order the sold sign as well as the sign removal. These are the steps to follow.

      Instructions

      1. Log into signmanrealty.com

      2. Hover over Place Order and click on Add Sold

      3. Find the applicable address from the list, and click Order

      4. Click on the Calendar Icon, and choose the next available day for the Sold Sign Install Date

      5. Click on the Calendar Icon, and choose 2 weeks before close for the Date for Sign Removal.

      6. Click Place Order
