Tips for updating the Rego Realty Instagram feed.

Do not add price in the caption.

  • Ensure to include address and Beds/Baths/Sq.Ft. in the post
  • When adding an Instagram Story, always ensure to tag Cliff Rego and the respective agent accounts. You can hide the tag at the bottom of the screen, below the garbage icon.
  • It’s important to always include the location. If you do not have a city to add, i.e., for a fluff piece, simply include Rego Realty Inc., Brokerage
  • In the sold post, please include the difference price if sold over asking.
  • Follow the time and day of posting in Insights to check the most active times of the audience.
  • Create a monthly content calendar in the busiest months to manage content smoothly.
  • Make a weekly KPI Report to determine the best/the least favourite content.
  • Create different/trending campaigns every few months. 

Instagram feed is made up of 2 listings and 1 designed piece (aka fluff). For example:

 

Carousel Post 

 

  1. Upload Multiple Images in one post (Used for Listing, New Developments, Rego Merch and Know Our Team Posts)
  2. Copy Listing Link and add in “LINK IN PROFILE” & STORY “LINK”

 

Reels

  1. Create videos under 60 seconds (Used for Listing, Staging, CMA Videos, Market Stats, Office, New Developments, Commercial, Blogs, Rego Merch and much more.)
  2. Upload the video under the reels section and add a short caption, hashtags, location and tag relevant accounts.
  3. Add it to the story.



Video Post

  1. Videos are used as posts that can be longer than a minute. (Used for Real Estate Tips, Throwback Videos, Festival Wishes and much more.)
  2. Edit using stock photos and upload it as a post. Share it to the story

Posting on Instagram:

To upload a photo, story, reel or to go live, first tap + at the top of the screen:

  • Once you choose from the options, select a picture/video that you’d like to upload.
  • To select multiple photos, click the double squares in the middle right corner.
  • Press next and choose a filter (Normally all pictures should be edited beforehand for better quality).
  • Press next. Now add a caption, tag the relevant accounts, add location and Share the post.

Comments and messages are to be answered/managed by Client Care (ISA). If you see an outstanding item for more than 4 hours, screenshot and send to ISA.
