Subscriptions

  • New subscription sign-up and renewals MUST be approved in advance by Travis DaCosta 
  • Submit the purchase order form with the request and include:
    • Provider 
    • Cost
    • Purpose
    • Monthly or annual expense
    • Renewal options 
  • Only to be set up in general email accounts, approved accounts:
    • accounting@regorealty.ca (primary) 
    • accounting@yproperty.ca
    • marketing@regorealty.ca
    • newhomes@regorealty.ca
    • admin@regorealty.ca 
  • Login details to be sent to accounting@regorealty.ca (and any updates/password changes thereafter)
  • Recurring expenses (i.e. credit checks, new homes postage) should be submitted in the same manner with the following information:
    • Description of the purchase
    • What company the expense is for (other than Rego Realty)
    • Who the charge is to be billed back to if applicable (i.e. builder charges)
