TEAM MEMBER RECRUITING BONUS: Sales Representatives

How it Works:

• Open to ALL Team Members

• Recruit/Refer a new Sales Representative that is successfully employed with Rego Realty and you will receive…

  • $3,000 bonus over 3 years ($1,000 per year)

    • The first payment of $1,000 will be received after your recruit has successfully completed 1 year of service

    • The second payment of $1,000 will be received after your recruit has successfully completed 2 years of service

    • The third payment of $1,000 will be received after your recruit has successfully completed 3 years of service

• Should your recruit not complete any of the milestones listed above, payment will not be awarded. Both parties (referring and referred need to be employed by Rego Realty to receive the bonus)

• No limit to the number of recruits/referrals as the best hired are general referrals
