Tracking Transaction Due Dates
When we have a new transaction, we need to track the transaction due dates to ensure that we are meeting all our deadlines and that the deals do not fall through.
Instructions
- 
When adding a new transaction to our Pending Sheet, we must ensure that we include the following information; - 
Deal Address 
- 
Conditions (ex. FIN, INSP, etc.) 
- 
1 Week Before Due Date 
- 
2 Days Before Due Date 
- 
Condition Due Date 
- 
Time Due 
- 
Agent 
- 
Board 
 
- 
- 
Every day open up the Active Listings Spreadsheet and review the Pending Conditions Sheet to see if any of the dates are today's date. 
- 
If a condition is due today, we must send an email to the agent reminding them of the condition and due date. - 
Choose Condition Due Date from the Templates saved in our email 
- 
Fill out all of the missing information 
- 
Deal Address

Date and Time 
- 
Name 
- 
Send email to agent and ensure to cc Sandra to the email as well
