Tracking Transaction Due Dates

When we have a new transaction, we need to track the transaction due dates to ensure that we are meeting all our deadlines and that the deals do not fall through.

Instructions

  1. When adding a new transaction to our Pending Sheet, we must ensure that we include the following information;

    1. Deal Address

    2. Conditions (ex. FIN, INSP, etc.)

    3. 1 Week Before Due Date

    4. 2 Days Before Due Date

    5. Condition Due Date

    6. Time Due

    7. Agent

    8. Board

  2. Every day open up the Active Listings Spreadsheet and review the Pending Conditions Sheet to see if any of the dates are today's date.

  3. If a condition is due today, we must send an email to the agent reminding them of the condition and due date.

    1. Choose Condition Due Date from the Templates saved in our email

    2. Fill out all of the missing information

    3. Deal Address

    4. Conditions

    5. Date and Time

    6. Name

    7. Send email to agent and ensure to cc Sandra to the email as well
