Updating Phone Hours - Cambridge office

If there isn’t anyone to take phone calls and you need to step away from your desk please update the Phone Hours. This ensures the answering service is taking calls and sending messages to our after-hours support contact.

Instructions

  1. Click on Computer Network Icon:

  2. Click 200 Hespeler Road and select Connect:

  3. Open a browser (Chrome)

  4. Type in 192.168.1.9/800 (Configuration Facility)

  5. Enter login information:
    Username: 7222
    Password: 7222

  6. Under Alternate Dial Sequence, change hours as needed from the Mon-Sun list:

  7. Select Apply Changes at the bottom right:


       
8. Ensure to disconnect from the network to continue to work.

Send an email to admin to remind them to update the times.
