# Updating Phone Hours - Kitchener Office

**Changing Phone Hours - Kitchener Office**

1. Open a **browser** (Chrome)
2. Type in **192.168.1.11** (Configuration Facility)
3. Enter login information: 

**Username:** canpbx

**Password:** canpbx

1. Click on **Extensions tab** (at the top of screen)

1. From drop-down menu select: **820 Call flow Imodified 812 (virtual)**

1. Under **Alternate Dial Sequence**, change hours as needed from the Mon-Sun list:

\* to make phone calls go to the answering service for the entire day, change to the top option which is completely blank.\* 

1. Select **Apply Changes** at the bottom right: (this can take up to 5 minutes to take effect)

1. Add a sticky note for times to be updated on the next day on reception desk
