Young Condos

Receiving Cheques:

1. Copy, scan and save to the file - then add into 'Young Condos Deposits' Folder

2. Once this is done, send a digital copy to Daniela (sales@youngcondos.ca) so she can save the cheque for her own records. 

3. Create a Transmittal and save for our own records.

4. When sending a package of cheques, send via XpressPost to the following address:

Assignment Terms:

1. The Vendor will not assist the Purchaser in facilitating the sale of their unit.
2. Outstanding deposits, if any, must be paid up front by the Assignee by way of bank draft or certified funds prior to the execution of the Assignment Agreement.
3. Completed Fintrac Forms and clear scans of the supporting ID are required for all Assignees.    If a corporation is included as an Assignee, the Fintrac Form FOR ALL ASSIGNEES must identify the purchase for investment purposes.
4. Any NSF fees payable by the original buyer must be paid by way of bank draft or certified funds prior to the execution of the Assignment Agreement.
5. All Assignment fees are payable by way of certified funds or bank draft prior to the execution of the Assignment Agreement.
6. Outstanding colour selection fees, if any, must be paid by bank draft or certified funds prior to the execution of the Assignment Agreement.
7. The final DocuSign Document for execution will include a full copy of the APS, any amendments thereto (including marked up incentive amendments nullified by the Assignment process, if applicable), full copies of any Colour Selections Forms & Delay Notices to ensure that the Assignee is fully aware of the status of the transaction prior to the execution of the Assignment Agreement.
8. All Assignments are to be executed through DocuSign.
9. Andrin reserves the right to impose any additional terms and conditions as it sees fit, particularly as it relates to HCRA, Tarion and the CRA.

 Assignors and Assignors will receive a fully executed copy of the Assignment Agreement directly through DocuSign routing process and again via email to confirm receipt.

 Parties to the Assignment Agreement with any questions regarding any of the terms are to contact their own solicitors for clarification.
