Add a Featured Listing in iHomeFinder

This workflow allows you to add or update featured properties by manually entering MLS numbers into iHomeFinder’s Featured Properties Refined market. Once saved, the listing will automatically display on the CHR homepage.

1. Log in to iHomeFinder

  1. Open: https://account.idxhome.com/login?resellerId=577

  2. Enter the username: info@corcoranhorizon.com.

  3. Enter the account password: CorcoranHorizon , then click Sign In.

2. Navigate to the Markets Section

  1. From the top navigation bar, click Markets.

  2. Look for the market titled Featured Properties Refined and click on it.

3. Open the Search Criteria Tab

Within the Featured Properties Refined market:

  1. Go to the Search Criteria tab.

  2. Ensure the Type field is set to:
    Manual (add listing by MLS #)

  3. Make sure the correct Board is selected (e.g., TRREB – Toronto).

4. Collect the MLS Number

  1. Locate the MLS® Number (e.g., C12388913)

  2. Copy the MLS number exactly as shown.

5. Enter the Listing in iHomeFinder

  1. Paste the MLS number into the Add Listing Number(s) field.

  2. Once the MLS number appears as a tagged item, click Save.

6. Confirm the Listing Saved

After saving:

  1. Verify that the listing now appears under Manual Saved Search Listings.

  2. Confirm the property details (address, price, order) are correct.

7. Check the CHR Website

  1. Go to https://corcoranhorizon.com.

  2. Scroll to the Featured Listings section on the homepage.

  3. Confirm the newly added listing is visible.
