Cancelling a Showing

These are the steps to follow if a showing request has been made and it has to be cancelled because it does not work for sellers, or the listing agents, etc.

Instructions

  1. On BrokerBay on the Brokerage tab, type in the property address the showing is for.

  2. On the top tab menu, click Showings and find the showing to be cancelled.

  3. Click View Details

  4. Under Take Action, hit Cancel, select who it was cancelled by and hit submit

  5. Update the agent that this showing has been cancelled
