Creating a Showing Restriction

Showing restrictions occur when a seller does not want to have any showings of their property on specific days or times.

Instructions

  1. Open BrokerBay

  2. Find the listing and click "Edit Listing" then "Showing Configuration"

  3. Scroll down to the bottom to where it says "Showing Availability/Restrictions" then click and drag the days/times to be restricted. This should turn the boxes red.

  4. Press save
