Instructions

  1. Open ChatGPT to use for reference or for inspiration

  2. Tell chat to create a listing description for [Insert Address] and to write in paragraph form with no title. Also tell it not to use words from our "Do Not Use" document.

  3. Continue by describing the layout of the home as if walking through. Exterior, interior main floor, second floor- master, other bedrooms, basements, outside, location of home.

PRO TIP: Use the iGuide 3D Tour to navigate through the home while writing the description.

4. Double check to make sure the listing does not include "Book your showing today!" at the end
