Creating Write-ups

Instructions

  1. Open Write Ups to use for reference or for inspiration

  2. Write one sentence in CAPS LOCK to draw attention to the home. Choose one or two features to highlight.

  3. Continue by describing the layout of the home as if walking through. Exterior, interior main floor, second floor- master, other bedrooms, basements, outside, location of home.

PRO TIP: Use the iGuide 3D Tour to navigate through the home while writing the description.

4. Finish with a call to action “Book your showing today!”
