Contact Profile - Best Practices for ISA

Always include notes about your communication with the contact 
- 
If you did not initiate the action from HubSpot, ensure to log - 
Email - 
If not from HubSpot/Gmail (using the log option with HubSpot extension) select "Log an Email"

Call - 
If not from the HubSpot App or Playbook select "Log a Call" 
 
- 
- 
SMS (Text) - 
Text messages do not get created via HubSpot, these must be created manually when you send a text from HeyMarket - 
Click Log a SMS

 Contact Organization1. Each contact should have the following: - 
- Client Type
- 
First and Last Name (Proper Case) 
- Worked by Client Care
- 
Phone Number (if possible) 
- Email Address (if possible)
- 
If New Development Lead - Development of Interest 
- 
Property Interest (resale, new developments, investment) 
- 
Nurture Stage 
 
 
 2. As ISA, the "About this Contact" should have an ISA section which includes key information for the contact. If this is missing, please contact chelsea@regoteam.com. 3.On the right hand side of the contact's profile, HeyMarket Chats and Playbooks should be pinned to the top:
