When client needs to be nurtured, ensure the following items are completed to properly flag outbound activity
- Update Contact Owner to Client Care 
- Update Worked by Client Care to Your Name
- Update Inbound/Outbound to Outbound
- Update Property Interest (ISA) to the appropriate property type
