Reporting Status Changes to TREB

Instructions

1. Navigate to TREB

2. Enter Credentials: 

   1. Username: 9547246

   2. PIN #: 7222

   3. Authenticator Password: Clariety app on iPad

3. Select MLS Services
4. Select MLS System

5. Select Add/Edit (on left)

6. Search for MLS number (found on Active Listings Spreadsheet)

7. Select Status/Price Change

8. If Conditional - Select Sold Conditional

   1. Enter the last condition due date

   2. Type in the Conditions 

9. If Firm - Select Change to Sold 

   1. Enter the Sell Price

   2. Enter the Closing Date

   3. Enter the Firm Date

   4. Choose Cooperating Brokerage if on TREB

   5. Select salesperson from their list

   6. If not a TREB Cooperating Brokerage, type “NON”

   7. Choose Non Member
