Staging with Rego Team
To streamline the process of booking and managing staging services through Ellecee Staging in coordination with the Rego Team.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Staging Consultation Request
- Agent fills out the consultation request form:

- Agent must specify who will coordinate the staging appointment (Agent or Client).
2. Listing Agreement Verification
- Admin confirms that a signed Listing Agreement is on file before proceeding with booking.
- Admin confirms commission amount and who is covering the cost of staging
- If commission is less than 4% - Discuss with Management prior to booking consultation
3. Booking Staging Appointment
- Admin books staging through:
 Ellecee Staging Booking Form- First/Last Name = Agent’s name
 
- 
- Contact Info = Admin@regoteam.com, 519-804-4000
 
- 
- Property Address = Full staging address
 
- 
- Notes Section = Clearly state who will be booking directly with Lilly (Agent or Client) and include relevant contact information
 
4. Listing Submission Review
- When the listing is submitted, confirm:
 - If staging is required/Who is covering costs
 
- 
- Follow up with Agent for:
 - Signed Staging Contract
- Confirmation of whether staging is inclusive or in addition to standard services
 
 
- Follow up with Agent for:
5. Contract & Invoicing
- Once staging is booked:
 - Lilly sends the staging contract to the Rego Team for signature
 
- 
- If payment by agent/client is applicable:
 - Erin to issue invoice, depending on arrangement
 
 
- If payment by agent/client is applicable:
6. Deal Tracking
- Admin updates the deal file with:
 - Staging Date
- Destaging Date
 
- Staging Date
Post-Staging & Destaging
7. End of Initial Staging Term
- A ticket will be generated for Admin to:
 - Contact the Agent and ask whether we are to:
 - Destage the property, or
 
 
- Contact the Agent and ask whether we are to:

- Continue staging
 
 
- 
- 
- Coordinate next steps with Lilly
 
- 
- If staging is extended and an additional cost applies
 - Erin to prepare a supplemental invoice to Agent or Client

8. Inactive Listings/Destaging
- When the property firms/cancels/expires, a ticket is generated for Admin to:
 - Contact Lilly to schedule destaging
