The Agent Success Manager’s focus is to create and cultivate an environment that allows the sales team to become their best, so that we provide a truly memorable experience to our clients. Their primary responsibility is to lead a large sales team by motivating, coaching and recruiting Sales Agents that align with the company’s core values. They will collaborate in the development and implementation of new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to motivate the Sales Team in a meaningful way. The Agent Success Manager will develop and manage meaningful reports, performance reporting metrics that drive improved business results for the company and customer. They will also be responsible for leading the operations team in overall efficiency and productivity.


They will act as the GPS for the sales agents, keeping them on the right path, while reinforcing the need for them to put in their own gas.


How you provide value:


  • Meet with respective Sales Agents to provide guidance and support in all Rego Realty operational locations
  • Recruit and develop a highly skilled team of Sales Agents including onboarding and weekly check-ins
  • Accurately forecast metrics and KPIs on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed quotas
  • Collaborate in setting monthly and annual goals and keeping the Sales Team accountable
  • Ensure regular tracking, measuring and reporting of key metrics to projections
  • Work closely with ISA/OSA department and oversee the management and distribution of incoming leads (calls, emails, direct DM’s) generated by various sources and ensure the integrity of the data on the CRM system is maintained
  • Lead regular office-wide sales weekly/monthly meetings 
  • Weekly one-on-one coaching with Sales Agents
  • Develop sales initiatives and incentives to drive performance and sales goals
  • Manage day to day performance of sales reps 
  • Provide sales reps with feedback and professional development guidance
  • Motivate a team of sales reps by leading, inspiring and coaching
  • Assist in the development of business support tools for sales reps and perform CRM analysis to ensure sales reps production targets are being met
  • Highly involved in new sales rep onboarding and on-going training for development
    • Assist in developing/enhancing the onboarding and training programs
  • Act as a first point of contact for any sales rep support required on transactions/coaching
  • Analyze/identify new market segments of opportunity
  • On-call/after hour/weekend support for Realtors/Staff
  • Comfortable with technology and ease of learning new programs
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team on lead generation campaigns client engagement efforts
  • Assist transaction processes by ensuring information and related transactional paperwork are submitted and completed in line with RECO and company standards
  • Stay current on the real estate industry to relay market trends, intelligence, best practices and new real estate rules
  • Liaise closely with all departments to ensure efficient operations of business processes
  • Mediate any disputes that may arise within the sales team
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • Be the main Sales point of contact for all support staff for all office and administrative needs
  • Work closely with People and Culture in all staffing requirements/needs, staffing issues and staff culture building
  • Partner with the Sales Team on skill development including product knowledge, competitive project knowledge and selling skills to help achieve sales targets
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Resale Team and manage the sales program by providing on-the-ground support for Sales Representatives
  • Assist in the recruiting and training of New Sales Representatives
    • Ongoing talent acquisition, development and retention
  • Train and manage multiple Sales Staff and different locations.  Training to include;
    • Filling out listing forms with proper data
    • Create site checklists ensure important steps are not missed
    • Create new scripts and train Sales Staff with proper dialogue
    • On-the-ground point of contact
    • Participate in sales presentations
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
