1. Receive listing paperwork requests via email and prepare for an agent.
The only forms required is a listing agreement, RECO Info Guide, FINTRAC
2. Once assignment paperwork is completed, the agent sends the documents to admin@regoteam.com
The listing paperwork must be signed EXCLUSIVE only. If MLS we must have Builder Approval first.
3. Renderings/floor plans should also be included in the email, if they are not, the Listing Coordinator will request this information from the agent
4. Once renderings/floor plans are received, the Listing Coordinator adds the deal onto the drive
5. On the list date on the listing agreement, the Listing Coordinator adds the listing onto HubSpot
