Assignment Process

1. Receive listing paperwork requests via email and prepare for an agent.

The only forms required is a listing agreement, RECO Info Guide, FINTRAC

 2. Once assignment paperwork is completed, the agent sends the documents to listings@Regorealty.ca

The listing paperwork must be signed EXCLUSIVE only

 3. Renderings/floor plans should also be included in the email, if they are not, the Listing Coordinator will request this information from the agent

4. Once renderings/floor plans are received, the Listing Coordinator adds the deal onto the drive

5. On the list date on the listing agreement, the Listing Coordinator adds the listing onto HubSpot

  • List date & expiry date added

  • Price added

  • Stage: Active Listing

  • Property type: Assignment

 Please note: The assignment property type is extremely important for triggering marketing emails
 

6. On the list date on the listing agreement, the Listing Coordinator adds the listing onto ShowingTime

7. On the list date on the listing agreement, the Listing Coordinator sends a new listing notification to the team

8. On the list date on the listing agreement, the Listing Coordinator adds the listing to the Active Listings spreadsheet with “Assignment” as the MLS number with list/expiry date
