B2B/B2C - New Developments

Purpose

The New Developments Manager is responsible for meeting the needs of our current network relationships, developing new business opportunities and contacts that drive sales in the New Home Division. This position will focus on key customer management, brand presentation, product knowledge, market intelligence, networking, communication, revenue opportunities and reporting. This position is ultimately responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing relationships and establishing new relationships with key players to drive sales across the New Homes Division.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador for the Brokerage, highlighting success stories and services provided

  • Represent the Brokerage with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings including current and upcoming new home projects

  • Work with the New Homes team on sales strategy, launch timelines and ongoing support for sales

  • Design and implement sales initiatives and programs to capture key players in all networks

    • Outreach / recruiting to new and existing key contacts

    • On-going relationship fostering of B2B network (grow and filter list to maximize the results)

    • On-the-ground point of contact

    • Develop sales presentations/workshops for B2B network 

    • Develop online sales platforms - broker and investor portals that showcase all new home developments

    • Conduct Brokerage presentations and one-on-one meetings with investors, developers and partners

    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

    • Participate in handling incoming buyer inquiries and buyer outreach

  • Provide effective reporting - track sales goals and reporting as necessary

  • Work closely with New Homes Sales Lead to develop strategies for slow moving inventory

  • Actively communicate updates in the CRM to maintain information and accurate reporting

  • Update partners and Brokers on CRM on a regular basis to ensure the most current information is available

  • Identify new sales opportunities with Builders 

    • Maintain a pipeline of builders and key stakeholders

    • Communicate Company’s USP

    • Initial outreach and follow up with prospective builders and developers to share Brokerage services

  • Collaborate in developing sales strategies, concepts and marketing ideas for new project launches and pre-sales

  • Collaborate with the New Home Team and marketing to develop lead generation plans and Launch strategies including go-to market strategies on pricing and promos

  • Build Team culture by actively seeking and sharing innovative ideas to improve sales 

  • Be an active member of the Sales Team at every New Home Sales Launch

  • Conduct regularly scheduled visits to New Home models after Launch to provide additional sales support to the Sales Team

  • Be familiar with project information, such as the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Site Plans, Floor Plans, Condo Documentation, Features/Amenities etc., for effective and timely responses to inquiries from Brokers/Clients

  • Research and report on province wide opportunities to build new relationships with Brokers and Builders to foster growth and expansion in the New Homes Division

  • Strong knowledge of competitors projects and products in order to expand sales to the Brokerages’ clients and customers
