Buyer Calls

This is the procedure to follow if you receive a call from an interested buyer, usually, a person will call asking about a particular property.

Instruction

  1. After greeting them, ask if they are an agent or an interested buyer

  2. Ask for their name, and write it down

  3. Ask for their phone number, and write it down

  4. Ask for their email address, and write it down

  5. Confirm the property address

  6. If client care personnel (Josip) is in the office: give them brief info on the caller and transfer the call to them

  7. If client care personnel (Josip) is unavailable: say they are currently unavailable and they will call them back as soon as they can and send email to client care personnel (Josip@regoteam.com) with contact information and property address (subject line - Buyer Lead: Address)
