Cancelling a Showing

These are the steps to follow if a showing request has been made and it has to be cancelled because it does not work for sellers, or the listing agents, etc.

Instructions

  1. On ShowingTime navigate to Dashboard.

  2. Click the desired Confirmed Showing under Showings Requested on Our Listings.

  3. Click View/Modify.

  4. Click on the dropdown menu Cancel by… and select the Listing Agent, Co-listing Agent, or seller.

If the showing was cancelled by anyone other than the seller, you must call the seller to inform them.

  1. Click on the dropdown menu and select a reason for canceling and add any additional comments if you would like.

  2. Select Cancel Appointment.

  3. Reach out to the showing agent via phone or email and ask if they would like you to reschedule for a different time 

Selecting Complete will remove the canceled Showing completely from Unconfirmed Showings. Selecting Incomplete will cancel the Showing but it will remain in Unconfirmed showings for possible reactivation.
