Client Gift Process

This process is followed upon firm buyer/seller transaction

  1. Receive closing gift ticket 
  2. Open up the Closing Gift Deliveries sheet in “Google Sheets” 
  3. Fill in a new line at the bottom with info. Client phone numbers and agent assigned will be in their client profile within CRM. Addresses (deals) will be attached to the ticket and you can figure out if they bought/sold by looking at the APS in the deal folder. Closing date will also be on APS. Look at the sale price of the home and assign it a tier based on the following:

House Sale Price Range Gifts:

0-1.5M - Blanket and Box (B&B)

1.6M - 3M - B&B and Wine

3.1M - 6M - B&B, Wine and 200 Gift Card

6M+ - B&B and 1500 Elora

  1. Once filled out, send email to the agent titled “Closing Gift - Address” and then in the body of the email, put “Where would you like us to send the closing gift to for (enter clients name)?” Check off sent email in spreadsheet. 
  2. Once agent responds confirming, paste address into delivery address column in spreadsheet and check off address confirmed. 
  3. Every 2 weeks we send out a delivery by emailing Chris Wilson - ayddeliveries@outlook.com - 519-504-2337 . When getting close to delivery time, make sure all gifts have confirmed addresses and then go make the closing gifts. The day before pick-up, bring gifts to front closet in Kitchener by reception with a piece of paper clearly showing the client name, phone number, gift category and address they are delivering to. Check off ready in the spreadsheet
  4. Once delivered, check off delivered and strike through text to mark completed
  5. Confirm current inventory and if getting low, advise Jean to order more.
