The Digital Content Creator’s focus is to create videos and social media content to tell our story to different target markets, and to build a strong brand awareness of everything Rego Realty. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for creating outward facing video and social media content to best represent and build the Rego Realty brand.

What do you do?

  • Reach out to our target audiences, supporting our internal team to ensure we can accommodate conflicting priorities and client needs, and aligning our brand with investors and external partners for great reach
  • Develop new and creative highly engaging content to educate and grow our social media audiences, while driving reach and awareness
  • Create context that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides useful information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
  • Accelerate our reach, convey our high-energy personality and create a unique point of differentiation through our digital content
  • Research, define, and understand target audiences, manage the content creation, and finally, monitor consumer and content metrics in coordination with the Marketing team
  • Utilize creative writing, storytelling and storyboarding which will translate into video content that connects with our users
  • Assist in social media content creation, especially the videos
  • Anything related to real estate, brand, office space, market stats
  • Optimizing the listing process and working with the listing coordinator to ensure content is on brand
  • New Homes video creation with drones, knows exactly what content is necessary
  • Constant filming and creation of videos for training
  • Marketing campaigns for site specific mostly on new developments
  • Side projects for Sunny Lea, YProperty, Investment/Commercial
  • Internal campaigns as well for handbooks/onboarding and training
  • Creating thumbnails for listing and YouTube videos
  • Headshots and videos for agents and staff
  • Video related content for the website
  • Still shots for sites
  • Utilize results analytics and audience feedback to make constant improvements

How you add value:

  • Must speak GIF.
  • You’re a great storyteller with a sense of humour and you’re able to tell engaging stories in multiple mediums
  • You’ve got great aesthetic taste and you’re able to work with our CEO on our visual brand voice
  • You have a deep knowledge across social media platforms, and you know how and in what way to post on each
  • You’re organized, you love labelling files, and are able to manage a robust library of media assets
  • You can work independently, you’re able to self manage, and you successfully stay on top of projects with changing priorities.
  • You’re able to collaborate and jump into a conversation with anyone; you’re excited and able to jump on a call with our team or community and guide them through telling you their story.
  • You’ve got a growth mindset, you learn and adapt as you run experiments and try out new platforms, and have a strong understanding of data analysis and key performance indicators.
