These are the steps to follow when sending documents digitally to get signed.

Log into Docusign

Click on New
3. Choose Send an Envelope
4. Drag and Drop Documents or Select Upload to Select them from your Files
5. Your Documents will appear next to the Upload box
6. Add your recipients by typing in their name and email
If you have sent mail to this recipient before, they will appear in a drop-down and you can just select their name
7. Type a message to all the recipients by typing in the email message box
8. Click on Next in lower or upper right-hand corners
9. Choose the appropriate field and place in the document
10. You can switch who signs by selecting from the drop-down menu located in the top left-hand corner. Each person will be colour-coded with a different colour.
11. Once everyone has signed, click on Send in the lower or upper right-hand corner
