Ordering Photos

Step 1: Receive Request

• You will receive the Listing Process Form in HubSpot.

Step 2: Login to Mohr Media

• Log in using: admin@regoteam.com
• Retrieve the verification code from the admin email.

Step 3: Place the Order

• Click “Order Now”
• Select the package requested by the agent

Step 4: Complete Order Details

Follow each tab:

Listing Details

• Enter property address
• Input square footage
• Indicate if the property is vacant
• Select if garage photos are required (Yes/No)

Additional Services

• Select any applicable add-ons
• If none, click Next

Contact Info

• Brokerage details should be pre-filled
• Click “Add Co-Agent/Teammember”
• Enter the listing agent’s information

Schedule Appointment

• Select entry method and add any required notes
• Once completed, available dates/times will appear
• Confirm availability with the listing agent:
  • If suitable → book and it will auto-confirm
  • If not → proceed with backup option (See Your House Now)

Backup Option (If Mohr Media Is Unavailable)

Step 1: Contact Photographer

• Email Kyle at: info@seeyourhousenow.com
• Request availability for the date specified in the Listing Process Form
• Include required services (e.g., Drone, Night Shots, Branded/Unbranded Video)

Step 2: Confirm Booking

• Once availability and time are confirmed:

Step 3: Create Calendar Event

• Create a Google Calendar event using format:
  • Service | Address
  • Example: Photos/iGuide: 123 Main St, Cambridge
• Create a calendar event with the confirmed date and time
• Invite:
  • Listing Agent
  • Photographer

Step 4: Provide Access Details

• If property access is required, include:
  • Lockbox details or One-day access code
