The primary focus for this role is the communication and management of multiple concurrent projects at different stages. This position will work with the primary Operations and Sales stakeholders to develop comprehensive action plans for project coordination throughout the life cycle of a project. The New Homes Manager will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met to ensure a successful project.

- Assist in developing a detailed work back schedule that identifies all critical key activities needed to complete the project
- Ensure project deliverables are on time - monitor the progress of the project make adjustments as necessary
- Establish a communication schedule to update the Management Team on the process of the project
- Develop and maintain project documentation including a ticket tracking system, timeliness and project status documentation
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and events with New Home Sales Team and Marketing
- Assist in coordinating the selection process
- Ensure daily reporting is sent to all key project stakeholders on the number of sales
- Coordinate all Sales Events, including but not limited to;
- Attend all Sales Events
- Event flow
- Set up the sales office (filing system, printers, computers, etc.)
- Resource planning and task assignment

- Work closely with B2B coordinator on new sales and marketing initiatives for cooperating brokers

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
