Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of the overall marketing efforts of Rego Realty. The key role of the marketing project coordinator is to coordinate between the various teams involved in the company’s marketing efforts both internally and externally. They will also be involved in many aspects of the marketing including concept development and strategy, copywriting, editing, proofreading, research, product/brand development and launch activities. The marketing coordinator is highly efficient with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are consistently met; therefore, time management and organizational skills are crucial. They are passionate about driving brand awareness, campaigns, and growth through the successful execution of all marketing initiatives.

 

What you do:


  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with planning, executing and tracking of marketing projects
  • Ensure outsourced project teams/firms adhere to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal and external teams and assist with schedule management
  • Maintain a calendar of event on all project deliverables: determine work back schedules and work plans
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Liaise between the various teams involved in the project both internally and externally and provide updates on deliverables to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans and reports for reporting purposes
  • Support overall project execution to ensure adherence to budgets, schedules and scope
  • Compile monthly market statistics from various sources and communicate results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and agencies (signs, billboards, websites, printers, newspapers, radio, third-party marketing firms, etc.)
  • Be involved in all discovery meetings to understand our clients’ goals/vision for new developments
  • Assist in coordinate company events including overseeing logistics, vendor management, creating itineraries/agendas and marketing collateral

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification would be an asset, but its not essential
