This article is for when you receive a call to the Front Desk for any of our Realtors.

  3. May I ask what it’s regarding 

    1. Put them on hold and see if _____ is in the office.

    2. Transfer

  4. If busy: Say person is unavailable, can I take a message and have them call you back?

    1. Send email to person with Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email and what the call is regarding

    2. Can provide the person on the phone with the agent’s number if it is client or another agent calling.
