Calls from Vendors (Cleaner, Equipment, Supplies)
These are instructions on how to proceed when you receive calls from vendors.
Instructions
- 
After greeting them and finding out that they are one of the vendors that we do business with 
- 
Ask them for their name, and what it is in regards to 
- 
Check to see if Jean is available to take the call - 
If yes, transfer the call 
- 
If not, take a message and send Jean an email 
 
- 
If the call is in regards to outstanding payments/bills: follow the steps for an accounting call.
