Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative acts as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and Outside Sales Agent (OSA). They are an enthusiastic, self-starting, results-driven individual with a passion for understanding the needs of others and are responsible for converting a large amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. 

This person loves to increase their daily efficiency to continually grow their business.

What you will do:

This individual will take ownership of leads and actively use team systems and tools to convert for maximum effectiveness. They record their production and sales metrics and discuss the results in weekly business meetings. This person demonstrates the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads. Conversely, they will proactively seek new leads through outbound methods, including building and nurturing relationships with our database, expanding the database, neighborhood farming and target marketing. Additionally, they are driven to exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets in order to achieve both personal and team goals.

  • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
  • Consult with Agent Success Manager and Realtors to ensure consistency and quality for initial inquiry through the listing process
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries and outbound calling efforts to convert leads to appointments at a high level
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, budget, customer needs/wants and financial specifics to real estate agents while closing targeted number of set appointments per week
  • Manage sales pipeline to ensure processes run smoothly and follow-up is efficient and consistent
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing, Buyer, and/or Pre-Construction Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases in our CRM
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with Realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Partner with Listings Manager and Agent Success Manager to custom tailor appointments and leads to specialized Realtors.
