Weekly Site visits to ensure all models/sales offices are up to Company standards including;

Proper and well-maintained signage with correct information

Open house signage is placed during all open house hours

Marketing packages are current and up-to-date with current pricing, inventory and incentives

Ensure property sign in of visitors

Conduct ‘surprise visits’ as necessary

Sales Representative on-site scheduling

Overall inventory management

Develop creative and strategic sales and marketing plans for existing sites and new to launch sites to achieve target sales

Develop new marketing initiatives (ie. social media campaign, email marketing, etc.)

Work closely with B2B coordinator on new sales and marketing initiatives for cooperating brokers
