      Kitchener Office's TV Setup

      This article is to help ensure all Kitchener Office TV's are setup correctly.

      Main Floor (RealTLounge)

      Reception Welcome TV

      • Turn on with "Welcome TV" remote, this is stored behind cafe reception
      • Use keyboard stored under ledge in reception area to use computer to change/update the background 
      • Login: 7222 
      • Note: TV does not have chromecast

      Moss Wall TV's

      • Turn on with "Moss Wall TV'S" remote, this is stored behind cafe reception
      • Use keyboard stored in the middle shelf to use computer to change/update the background 
      • Login: 7222 
      • Note: TV's both have chromecast
        • Chromecast names: Downstairs Side 1 & Downstairs Side 2

      Touchscreen TV

      • Ensure it is plugged in
      • Turn on main switch located on right side behind TV
      • Turn on second switch located on the top left behind TV
      • Turn on computer located in the top-middle area behind TV
      • Login: 722
      • Note: TV does have chromecast
        • Chromecast name: --------

      Video Wall

      • Turn on with "TV Wall" remote, this is stored behind cafe reception 
      • Use AV Controller - Yamaha app on iPhone/Android to update source
        • On the app, ensure your are connected to the wifi
        • Select Zone and ensure Zone is set to Server
        • Select Scene to choose which source you would like to use i.e., Chromecast, HDMI Direct (cord is on the right wall - lefthand shelf at the bottom), Server (need to go to the server room to update)
      • Note: TV has chromecast
        • Chromecast name: TVwall

      Advanced steps: 

      If you'd like to change the full-screen view to 4 screens/other:
      1. visit https://192.168.1.19/home
      2. Toggle to 4x4 or reconfigure as you'd like on the right
      Note: you can only put content on screens 2-4, #1 is set for the source managed by the Yamaha app
      3. VPN into the server to update the content on the remaining screens
      4. Sound is managed through Yamaha AV controller app


      Second Floor (Agent Lounge)

      Fireplace Room

      • Turn on with "Fireplace TV" remote, this is stored behind the bar ledge
      • The touch screen remote stored under the right TV manages the source for both TV's as long as you point to the appropriate TV
      • Note: The LEFT tv has Chromecast
        • Chromecast name: Presentation Room TV

      Middle Floor Boardroom

      • Turn on with "Middle Floor Boardroom" remote, this is stored on the desk
      • Use keyboard stored in the middle shelf to use computer to change/update the background
      • Login: 7222 
      • Note: Smart TV has chromecast
        • Chromecast name: Middle Presentation Room

      Third Floor (Operations)

      Reception Computer

      • Login: 7222
      • To access the security camera on right monitor, ensure to open Internet Explorer Browser
        • Username: ----
        • Password: ----

      iPad

      • iPad is stored under the printer small cabinet 
        • Passcode: 7222
      • iPad is used for the TREB Clarity app, Sonos, Sonitrol (Video Doorbell) 

      Lockbox

      • Code: 2212

      Upstairs Boardroom

      • Turn on with "Upstairs Boardroom" remote, this is stored on the desk
      • Note: Smart TV has chromecast & HDMI
        • Chromecast name: Upstairs Boardroom TV

      Operations area TV

      • Turn on with "Operations" remote, this is stored at reception
      • Note: Smart TV has chromecast 
        • Chromecast name: TopOffice
