YProperty & Rego Team Tenant Fill

This is the process for submitting tenant fill units from YProperty to Rego Team and from Rego Team back to YProperty once leased.

Existing Tenant Ends Lease:
  1. Tenant emails YProperty of their notice to end their lease
  2. YProperty notifies Landlord and discusses tenant fill requirements
If Landlord would like to proceed with tenant fill:
  1. YProperty notifies Landlord of Rego Team involvement
  2. YProperty coordinates post-inspection with Tenant
  3. YProperty fills out Tenant Fill form: https://share.hsforms.com/1m3NLdmrtTsyX8pldx_nQiQ1ig2u
  4. Form notifies Client Care (Rego Team) of new tenant fill request
  5. Client Care (Rego Team) assigns lead agent 
  6. Agent works with Landlord (and existing tenant if appl.) to find tenant

When Tenant is found:

  1. Agent completes credit check and background check
  2. Agent notifies Landlord of tenant
  3. Agent prepares lease in Web Forms, using the correct transaction template

When lease is signed:

  1. Agent submits lease to YProperty and Rego Team Administration by using the form: https://share.hsforms.com/19TU700Q6TzKfiLbIfkDKsg1ig2u 
    1. Notifies admin@yproperty.ca, megan@regoteam.com and creates ticket to admin@regoteam.com.
  2. YProperty sends next steps email to new Tenant
  3. YProperty adds new tenant information to Yardi 
  4. Rego Team Administration adds to Lone Wolf and collects deposit 
  5. Deposit - ??
